The days are getting longer, and the sun is shining a little brighter here on the Central Coast. It's officially spring!

There's no better way to celebrate this beautiful season than with a trio of brand-new, delightfully refreshing cocktails, crafted by our very own talented bartender.

Raise a glass with us on our covered patio here at Hapy Bistro with these new cocktails.

• Rosie Grey: Bourbon, lemon, grapefruit, rosemary simple syrup, topped with a dehydrated grapefruit and rosemary sprig.

• Spicy Melon: Tequila, watermelon, lime, Ancho Reyes, curacao, dehydrated lime, with a Tajin rim.

• Hapy Spritz: Atost California aperitif, blood orange liqueur, lemon, blood orange syrup, prosecco, effervescence, topped with a dehydrated orange. 

These cocktails are only here for a limited time, so we encourage you to stop by our restaurant to try them for yourself soon. 

Raise a glass to amazing local wine with us! Here at Hapy Bistro, we have dozens of choices from white, rosé, red, and sparkling wine. You'll find the best Central Coast wine here in our restaurant.

Peruse our half a wall of white, sparkling, and rosé wine. (Yes, you read that right! We have one of the largest local wine collections of any restaurant in Pismo Beach.) Or you can personally explore our racks holding bold, strong, and flavorful reds.

Now, you don't have to travel all over wine country to find or try new wine. We've brought it to you! The best part is that you can pair it with a delicious lunch or dinner here in Pismo Beach. Enjoy wines from Santa Ynez Valley, Edna Valley, Paso Robles, and beyond on the Central Coast.

Did you know that we create artisan spirits right here in our restaurant in Pismo Beach? Not only can you have these fresh spirits in your cocktails alongside your meals here at Hapy Bistro, but you can also purchase a bottle or two to take home with you. 

We started this journey to offer something truly special, something that captured the essence of the Central Coast and, more importantly, Pismo Beach. The goal was to also create something that paired well with the dishes offered at our Mediterranean Restaurant. That's when we met and partnered with Eric, the mastermind behind Central Coast Distillery. His expertise and passion for crafting exceptional spirits aligned perfectly with our vision.

Together, we've created a collection of handcrafted spirits that we're incredibly Hapy to share with you. 

The Kasak - American Arak: Discover Kasak, a unique American Arak crafted in our Pismo Beach distillery. This ancient spirit, made with Californian grapes, offers a distinctive licorice flavor and smooth finish. Taste this traditional drink right here at Hapy Bistro.

Hapy Vodka: Enjoy the smooth and refreshing taste of Hapy Vodka, crafted with care, at our full bar. This versatile spirit is the perfect base for a variety of cocktails, whether you prefer a classic martini or a fruity concoction. Every cocktail tastes better with Hapy Vodka!

Hapy Gin: Our newest spirit, and it's crafted with a touch of Central Coast magic! This small-batch gin is distilled in-house with a blend of local botanicals for a taste that's both refreshing and unforgettable.

We're thrilled to introduce our new Somethin' Special menu – a delicious addition to our main menu and the dishes you already know and love! This isn't your average specials menu – it's constantly changing, so there's always something new and exciting to try. You definitely won't want to miss out!
